The new games announced at tinyBuild Connect 2026
tinyBuild, the publisher behind famous indie games like Graveyard Keeper, showed 16 games in one go at its annual showcase. Here is everything that happened.
tinyBuild Connect 2026 was the annual showcase of tinyBuild, the publisher behind games like Hello Neighbor, Graveyard Keeper and Punch Club. It is a broadcast of their own in which the publisher shows, in one sitting, what the studios in its catalogue are up to, with trailers, dates, demos and updates on what is already out.
This year’s edition was streamed on Monday 14 September 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Spanish time and it was their biggest Connect to date, with as many as 16 games.
Below I round up everything new they showed, leaving out some updates and DLCs for games that are already out.

The Crab is Walking

- Title: The Crab is Walking
- Developer: Hypnohead
- Publisher: tinyBuild
- Genre: Roguelite strategy and city building
- Platforms: PC (Steam)
- Release date: To be confirmed
One of the two completely new announcements of the showcase, and it comes from Hypnohead, the same studio behind The King is Watching. The premise is one of those you do not forget: your capital is not built on the ground but on the back of a giant crustacean walking across a post-apocalyptic wasteland.
On paper it is a roguelite city builder. You raise your kingdom on top of the creature, train an army and flatten whatever you find along the way. The Steam tags point to a mix of deck building, auto battling and tower defence, so you can expect short runs, a city rebuilt from scratch every time and decisions made on the fly.
Visually it stays in 2D with everything on screen at once, with no camera to move around. The point is reading the board at a glance, just like in The King is Watching. It still has no release date.
Ferocious

- Title: FEROCIOUS
- Developer: OMYOG
- Publisher: tinyBuild
- Genre: Action and survival FPS
- Platforms: PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S
- Release date: 4 December 2025 on PC ยท 14 September 2026 on consoles
The announcement was straightforward: Ferocious is now available on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and it launched the same day as the showcase, although it had been on PC since December 2025.
It is a first-person survival shooter in which you wash up on a tropical island and have to deal with three problems at once: armed mercenaries, dinosaurs and an ecosystem that does its own thing and is not on your side. Exploration matters as much as the shooting.
The technical side goes for realism, with first-person 3D, very dense vegetation and encounters designed to put you on edge in open spaces. You never quite see what is moving among the ferns.
THE LIFT: Supernatural Handyman Simulator

- Title: THE LIFT: Supernatural Handyman Simulator
- Developer: Fantastic Signals
- Publisher: tinyBuild
- Genre: First-person immersive sim
- Platforms: PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S
- Release date: 2027
Here came the story trailer, the first time the game has shown what it is really about and not just how it plays. It arrives in 2027 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
THE LIFT shows us an accident that has wrecked an underground facility, so it falls to you to go down and repair it. The core of the game is very hands-on repair mechanics (take it apart, swap the part, put it back together) in a world where you can touch almost everything.
Soviet science fiction mixed with the imagery of the SCP Foundation. Concrete corridors, signage in Cyrillic, heavy machinery and the constant feeling that there is something down there that should not be. All in first person and with no cuts.
Trainfort

- Title: Trainfort
- Developer: UDevLemon
- Publisher: tinyBuild
- Genre: Open-world co-op survival and building
- Platforms: PC (Steam)
- Release date: To be confirmed
What the showcase brought was a new playtest, with sign-ups open on Steam, but no release date.
Trainfort is an open-world co-op survival and building game in which you play a nomadic dwarf in a post-apocalyptic world. The twist is that your base does not stay put: you build a steam engine and carry the camp with you as you cross the map with your bearded mates.
The look is steampunk, with plenty of riveted metal, chimneys and wood, and the world is procedurally generated, so the terrain you have to cross changes every run. You can play solo, but it is clearly built for online co-op.
Road to Jukai

- Title: Road to Jukai
- Developer: Endflame
- Publisher: tinyBuild
- Genre: Psychological horror and first-person driving
- Platforms: PC (Steam)
- Release date: 2027
The other new announcement of the event, switching now to horror.
In Road to Jukai you work as a night taxi driver in a remote region of Japan. You pick up passengers, take them to their destination and listen to whatever they have to tell you. The problem is that not all of them are what they seem, and that the route ends up taking you towards a huge forest the locals talk about under their breath.
It is psychological horror, not jump scares and very immersive with its first-person 3D, almost all of it from the driver’s seat, with headlights, rain and empty road doing the heavy lifting. The Steam tags insist on two things, myths and legends and choices that matter, so whatever you do with each passenger should have consequences.
Hull Rupture

- Title: Hull Rupture
- Developer: Konfa Games
- Publisher: tinyBuild
- Genre: Strategy, tower defence and management
- Platforms: PC (Windows, macOS and Linux)
- Release date: 4 November 2026
It has a date, 4 November, and the showcase announcement was that the demo has been updated and you can already try the new version on Steam.
It comes from Konfa Games, the studio behind Despot’s Game, and their dark humour shows from the very first line. For example: if the ship stops, humanity goes extinct. You are in charge of that ship, and the humans inside are just another resource you can spend.
The mechanics mix tower defence and management with roguelite runs, so you assign the crew, set up the defences and hold off waves of alien creatures while deciding who to sacrifice to keep things running. On top of that, there is no arguing that its colour palette and pixel art work beautifully as a sinister doll’s house.
Probably Stolen – Cyberpunk Shopkeeper Sim

- Title: Probably Stolen – Cyberpunk Shopkeeper Sim
- Developer: Questing Goose Studio
- Publisher: tinyBuild
- Genre: Shop management sim and cyberpunk RPG
- Platforms: PC (Steam)
- Release date: 28 October 2026
It launches on 28 October and it already has a demo available on Steam.
You run a shop in a dystopian space station. You craft, sell and traffic in goods of more than dubious origin, learn to move between the factions that run the place and decide how far you are willing to go. The rent keeps ticking, and that is the clock that sets the pace of the run.
Expect a different kind of cyberpunk, with no skyscrapers in sight. It focuses instead on the counter, the back room and the odd customers.
Graveyard Keeper II

- Title: Graveyard Keeper 2
- Developer: Lazy Bear Games
- Publisher: tinyBuild
- Genre: Simulation, adventure and RPG
- Platforms: PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2
- Release date: 22 September 2026
One of the biggest announcements of the event: the sequel to the medieval graveyard sim. It launches on 22 September and there is an updated demo on Steam and consoles with a welcome detail: your demo progress carries over when you move to the full game.
You are running the graveyard again, but now you also restore the village, set up production chains that automate themselves and, when it is time to fight, lead your own undead, because the village has a bit of a zombie problem that somebody is going to have to take advantage of.
It looks like it keeps the dark humour of the original, that mix of unhurried management and macabre jokes that made the first one work so well, so its fans will be happy.
Kingmakers

- Title: Kingmakers
- Developer: Redemption Road
- Publisher: tinyBuild
- Genre: Open-world action and strategy
- Platforms: PC (Steam Early Access) and Xbox Series X|S
- Release date: Coming soon
The main course. After several delays, tinyBuild spent ten minutes of gameplay properly showing it off, with story details and mechanics nobody had seen. It enters Steam Early Access soon and you can already sign up for the playtest.
The idea behind Kingmakers is wild: you travel back to medieval times with an arsenal of modern weapons to change history and save the future. You build a kingdom, raise an army and throw it into massive battles simulated in real time, alone or with friends.
The interesting part is that it switches genre: it is real-time strategy when you plan from above and a third-person shooter when you drop into the mud to wade among hundreds of soldiers with a rifle. A really original contrast.
tinyBuild deals with up to 80% off
To coincide with the showcase, tinyBuild has opened a publisher sale on Steam with discounts of up to 80% on a good chunk of its catalogue. It started with the event itself and is still running.
Several of the games I have talked about are in there, along with quite a few of the publisher’s classics, so it is a good moment to rescue whatever you have been eyeing on your wishlist.
